Woodland Trails @ RI Veterans Cemetery

The Veteran's Cemetery Woodland Trail system was completed in April, 2004 by a contingent of 25 Master Gardener volunteers. The trail is approximately three miles long and follows the perimeter of the cemetery through the forest that abuts it. Many visitors use the trails for hiking and mountain biking. Maintenance of the trail is done by Master Gardener volunteers in the spring and the fall. The maintenance consists of some light brush cutting and litter pickup to maintain the esthetics of the paths. View a Trail Map.
